TERMS and CONDITIONS -

All consultations are remote (not in person).

Appointments are via ZOOM or Telephone.

Functional Medicine consultations are not currently funded by the New Zealand and Australia Ministry of Health.

Due to the detailed clinical investigations required along with the personalised plans for functional medicine patients, this requires more than the standard 10-15 minute medical consultations. For "best practice", a standard functional medicine consultation is 30 minutes.

Follow up Price Invoicing after Single Consultation

GP follow up - $550/hour

EMAIL Response

10 minutes. $70

20 Minutes $140

30 Minutes. $210

40 Minutes. $280

60 Minutes $420

This pricing will not apply for any contact via email that we (Isabel & Michael) initiate.

Invoiced on the 5^th of the month for payment due on the 20^th of that month.

Any accounts overdue by 30 days will prohibit any further contact until account is cleared.

Repeat Rx - $20 - $35

Follow up consultations

GP - $275/30 minutes and $550/60 minutes

Thirty minute personal consultation with Dr. Isabel MD.
